All sewn

Thrusday night I fought thru being tired and got the recycle shirt top all sewn together. I still need to square it up. It will be approximately 40" x 52". I am behind in posting this because the internet has been totally uncooperative! It is now 6:30 a.m. on Saturday and it is working good for me.
I need to find something for the backing so I can get started quilting this and get it done. I do not want it to just sit unfinished! I think I will do a combination of hand and free motion quilting.

It been inspiring watching your progress! It does seem to want some hand stitching, doesn’t it.

You made quick work of this once your restarted. I like the stripes you made and the way you used the sleeve caps. Those curves! Can't wait to see the finish.

Congratulations! It's amazing. I like how you've distributed the fabrics, but I had no idea from your earlier posts how big the blocks were! This is inspiring.

The top is stunning. The subtle cream and soft blues with the pops of red is a fabulous combination. When I saw the writing in the center, I had to go back and read the earlier post to find out the story. It was a brilliant move and to put the signatures in the center really makes them important. Maybe it's an idea I should adapt anytime I attend a workshop. I generally just write the information on the label, but this way the importance of the workshop and inspiration really come to life. Thanks for the great idea.
